Established in 1985, CENTURY 21 The Castle Company is located on the Highway 78 thoroughfare in Wylie Texas. 

In 2002, David & Rita Barnhart, in pursuit of a community respected Real Estate business, purchased CENTURY 21 The Castle Company from Don Light. Don's dedication to helping his community, customers and associates followed our vision of how outstanding service should be provided.

Rita Barnhart, a Licensed Texas REALTOR® since 1999, was an active Sales Associate for CENTURY 21 The Castle Company for nearly 2 years prior to the acquisition. Her desire to succeed in Real Estate combined with satisfaction of working in the CENTURY 21® System adds a significant value to what she can bring to our customers and the community.

David Barnhart, with 17+ years of Business Management experience, understands what is needed to make a business successful. Real Estate is an ever changing opportunity in which the satisfaction of helping others can be realized.
